Your EMS certificate number can be found on your Eurométropole de Strasbourg single family quotient certificate.

You can download this certificate from your personal account on MonStrasbourg.eu.

The EMS certificate number is shown in the top left-hand corner of the document, under the heading "Certificate ID".

Enter this number in the required field in the "Applicant's supporting documents" section when you:

  • order a Badgéo card online; or
  • apply for a reduced fare based on social eligibility.

If you cannot find your certificate, sign in to your MonStrasbourg.eu account to download it again.

You can apply or renew your entitlement:

  • Online: log into (or create) your CTS customer account and go to Solidarity Fare.
  • At the CTS agency: 9 Place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux, Strasbourg.

Several educational establishments benefit from the CTS Al&Rtour transport service:

Your contactless ticket is likely expired or damaged. Please visit the CTS agency with your contactless ticket so our staff can read the remaining contents.

If you lose your P+R ticket:

  • call the attendant via the call points at the car park entrance or call the number shown on the payment machines.
  • The attendant will advise you on what to do.
    A €40 flat fee will be required to exit the car park.
