MOBISTRAS

To use the service, you must either hold a Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI), or have been approved in advance by the Eurométropole de Strasbourg’s access commission, based on an assessment of your ability to travel.

More information is available on the Mobistras page.

If you are unable to make a scheduled journey, you must notify the service no later than the day before:

The driver will wait for you in the street outside your home and will drop you off at the requested address on the pavement.

You must be on the pavement 10 minutes before the vehicle arrives. Assistance is provided to help you board and settle into the vehicle.

In certain specific cases, and after approval by the access commission, you may benefit from a "door-to-door" service: the driver will collect you at your front door and accompany you to the door of your destination.
