Mobistras, the adapted transport service

Mobistras is a public adapted transport service for eligible people who cannot use the standard CTS network to travel within the Eurométropole de Strasbourg.

  • PRM AccessibilityService available 7 days a week, from 5 am to midnight (except 1 May)
  • Adapted vehicles and specially trained drivers
  • Pick-up right outside your home

How do I book my journey?

Who can use it ?

 

  • Holders of a Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) or a disability card
  • People declared eligible by the Eurométropole de Strasbourg’s medical commission

How do I register?

You have a CMI or disability card

  2. Complete it
  3. Send it to the Eurométropole de Strasbourg by post or email

You will receive a reply by post

Are you a person with reduced mobility visiting Strasbourg for a few days?

If you hold a disability card or a Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI), you can use Mobistras during your stay.

To register, please email a copy of your disability card or CMI, along with your travel dates.

How much does a Mobistras journey cost?

 The Mobistras service is accessible with a CTS ticket or pass.

 

  • Tickets can be purchased from the driver (emergency ticket).
  • Validation is compulsory on board.
