Socially and environmentally responsible procurement

Icône SPASER

The Law of 31 July 2014 on the social and solidarity economy introduced a requirement, aimed at encouraging public purchasers to pursue responsible procurement, to adopt and publish a Socially Responsible Public Procurement Strategy (SPASER).

With an average annual purchasing volume of €100 million, CTS is a major public-sector buyer in Alsace.

Committed to responsible purchasing, CTS implemented its SPASER in January 2024, co-developed since September 2022 with all departments.

It places our commitments as a mission-led company at the heart of our procurement policies.
