Good news! The CTS Lost Property Service is evolving to make your life easier.
From now on, you no longer need to travel to the P+R Rotonde to collect a lost item: you can choose the "home delivery" option (excluding bulky items).
How does it work?
The process is simple and secure:
- Report the loss of your item via our TROOV platform by clicking on the dedicated button.
- If a matching item is found, you will receive an email asking you to prove that you are the rightful owner.
- Once the item has been identified as yours, you have two options to recover it:
✅ Collect it from the P+R Rotonde (free of charge)
✅ Choose home delivery (price depending on shipment – secure online payment)
