Due to the 14 July 2026 celebrations in Strasbourg and for security reasons, CTS services will be adapted throughout the day to help customers travel around the city.
From the beginning of the morning, Tram lines A and D and Bus line C8 will be affected in the city centre.
From around 7:30–8:00 pm, Tram lines A, D and E, Bus line G and Chron'hop lines C1 and C8 will be suspended near the security perimeter established by the authorities because of the fireworks display.
To make the journey home easier, additional tram services will operate after the fireworks.
Planning to watch the France vs Spain match? Extra services will operate on Tram line D after the match, using a diverted route via Esplanade and terminating at Wacken (see the dedicated section below).
From the start of service until 8:00 pm (Tram) / before 7:30 pm (Bus)
Tram services will be suspended between the following stops:
- Tram A : Langstross Grand'Rue & Étoile Bourse.
- Tram D : Langstross Grand'Rue & Étoile Bourse.
Stops not served :
- Porte de l'Hôpital & Étoile Bourse in both directions.
Bus services affected :
Ligne C8 : Étoile Bourse stop not served in either direction (before 7:30 pm).
From 8:00 pm (Tram) / from 7:30 pm (Bus)
From 8:00 pm to approximately 11:30 pm
Tram services will be suspended between:
- Tram A : Langstross Grand'Rue <-> lycée Couffignal.
- Tram D : Langstross Grand'Rue <-> Landsberg.
- Tram E : Landsberg <-> Lycée Couffignal.
Stops not served
- Tram A : Porte de l'Hôpital, Étoile Bourse, Schluthfeld, Krimmeri Stade de la Meinau (in both directions).
- Tram D : Porte de l'Hôpital, Étoile Bourse, Étoile Polygone (in both directions).
- Tram E : Étoile polygone, Schluthfeld, Krimmeri Stade de la Meinau (in both directions).
Bus services affected from 7:30 pm until approximately 11:45 pm
- Bus G : suspended between Winston Churchill and Porte Blanche in both directions.
- Bus C1 : suspended between Montagne Verte and Esplanade in both directions.
- Bus C8 : suspended between Kibitzenau and Pont Saint-Nicolas. The terminus towards Pont Saint-Nicolas will be relocated to Kibitzenau.
- Bus 10 : suspended between Brant Université and Pont Saint-Nicolas towards Gare Centrale via Gallia/Musée d'Art Moderne.
Special 14 July Shuttle
Aspecial shuttle service will operate between Lycée Couffignal ↔ Kibitzenau from 8:00 pm until 11:45 pm, every 8 minutes.
How to get home after the France match?
Following the live screening of the France match at Jardin des Deux Rives, additional services will operate on Tram line D after the match to help you get home.
Due to the security measures for the fireworks display, Tram line D will operate on the following diverted route:
Kehl Rathaus → Port du Rhin → Landsberg → Esplanade → République → Wacken (terminus)
This diverted route provides convenient connections with several bus and tram lines, particularly at République.
