How do i order a Badgéo solo card?

You can order your Badgéo card:

Online - free of charge.

Log into (or create) your CTS customer account and follow the steps.

Two collection options:

• Click & Collect: collect your card at the CTS agency.
• Home delivery: your card will be posted to you within a few days.

At the CTS agency: €5 

9 Place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux, Strasbourg.

You will receive your card immediately.

Documents required:

• Proof of identity (or family record book for a minor).
• A recent ID photo.
• Proof of entitlement to the solidarity fare, if applying for a reduced-fare subscription (insert link to solidarity fare).
• For Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM) only: valid CMI card.
• A bank account details slip (RIB) and SEPA mandate if you wish to set up a direct debit.
