What is a Badgéo Solo card for?

The Badgéo Solo Card is a personalised card, ideal for regular or occasional travel.

• You can load both tickets and subscriptions onto it.
• Its lifespan is up to 5 years.

Benefits:

• Personalised card with your name and photo. 
• Single trips loaded on a Badgéo Solo card are cheaper, and you can load 30 at once for an even better fare.
• Secure: if lost or stolen, a duplicate can be issued for €8, and all remaining content is recovered.

Which documents are required?

• Proof of identity.
• A passport-style ID photo.
• Proof of entitlement to a specific fare category (if applicable).
• For any BADGÉO card created at the CTS agency: €5 and the card application form.
• For any BADGÉO card created by post: the card application form.
   

Where can I get one?

• Via the online agency.
• Via the CTS mobile app.
• At the CTS agency.

Where can I top it up?

• Via the online agency.
• Via the CTS mobile app.
• At the CTS agency.
• At CTS partner outlets (list online and on the CTS app).
• At ticket machines in tram stations and at certain bus stops.

Fare:

• €5 at the CTS agency (price as of 01/07/2017).
• Free via the online agency.

⚠️ GOOD TO KNOW ⚠️

When a Badgéo Solo card expires, it can no longer be topped up. However, it will still work as long as there are valid tickets on it - even after its expiry date!

Once all remaining tickets have been used, you will need to order a new Badgéo Solo card online or obtain one at the CTS agency.
