How can I change the plan on my Pass Mobilité subscription?

If you have chosen the “Liberté” plan and would like to switch to the “Premium” plan with your Pass Mobilité subscription (or vice versa), you must complete the plan change request form and send it to us:

• directly at the CTS agency, 9 place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux, 67000 Strasbourg.
• by post to: CTS - DRCDC Pôle commercial, 14 rue de la Gare-aux-Marchandises - CS 15002 – 67035 STRASBOURG CEDEX.
• or directly by email to: polecommercial@cts-strasbourg.fr

⚠️ Your plan change request file must be sent before the 15th of the month in order for your request to be processed for the following month.
