How do I renew my Pass Mobilité subscription?

Your Pass Mobilité subscription automatically ends after 12 months. There is no automatic renewal of the contract.

If you wish to continue your subscription, you must complete the renewal form and send it back to us before the 10th of the month:

• directly at the CTS agency, 9 place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux, 67000 Strasbourg.
• by post to: CTS - DRCDC Pôle commercial, 14 rue de la Gare-aux-Marchandises - CS 15002 – 67035 STRASBOURG CEDEX.
