POINTS OF SALE

The CTS Agency, located at 9 Place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux in Strasbourg, is open:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6 pm.
  • Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm.

  • On the CTS App: simple and fast, wherever you are.
  • At bus/tram ticket machines.
  • Via the online agency from your customer account: top-ups on Badgéo cards only.
  • At the CTS Agency: top-ups on Badgéo cards only.
  • At CTS partner outlets: see all points of sale on the interactive map.
  • On board buses: an emergency ticket can be purchased directly from the driver (cash only).

ACCESSIBILITY

You are entitled to a 50% discount on the 26–64 age-group subscription if you hold one of the following valid cards:

  • CMI disability card or MDPH disability card with a disability rate of 80%,
  • or war pensioner’s disability card with:
    • two blue stripes (disability requiring assistance from a third person), 
    • or two red stripes (disability rate of 85% or more, or 60% or more for war amputees).

Wheelchair users have designated priority spaces on buses and trams. Walking frames and rollators are also permitted on board.

All our buses are equipped with a retractable ramp, which the driver can deploy to make boarding and alighting easier for passengers with reduced mobility.

Companions of passengers holding a CMI disability card may travel free of charge on the CTS network, provided they are accompanying the person concerned and that this person holds a valid ticket.

To report a lost item, visit the Troov - CTS Lost Property platform, available on the website and in the CTS app.

 

You will receive an email if an item matching your description is found. You will then be asked to provide all information needed to confirm that you are the owner.

 

You can then collect your item from CTS by following the instructions sent to you by email.

If your lost item has been found, you have two options:

  1. Go to CTS P+R Rotonde, Route d’Oberhausbergen in Strasbourg.
    The lost property service is open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 6 pm (excluding public holidays).
  2. Choose the "Home delivery" option on the TROOV platform after receiving the confirmation email (excluding bulky items such as large suitcases, bicycles, scooters, pushchairs, televisions, etc.).

Yes, another person may collect an item on your behalf. They must present:

  • their ID.
  • a signed authorisation letter written on plain paper by the owner of the lost item.
  • a photocopy of the owner’s ID (or the loss report).
