Wheelchair users have designated priority spaces on buses and trams. Walking frames and rollators are also permitted on board.
All our buses are equipped with a retractable ramp, which the driver can deploy to make boarding and alighting easier for passengers with reduced mobility.
Companions of passengers holding a CMI disability card may travel free of charge on the CTS network, provided they are accompanying the person concerned and that this person holds a valid ticket.
