A customer account gives you access to a wide range of online CTS services: ticket purchases, creation of a Badgéo card, management of your personal details, and much more!

How do I create my account?

  1. Go to the CTS website homepage.
  2. Click "My CTS".
  3. Click "Are you a new user ? Create an account"
  4. Fill in the form (email address, password, personal details) and tick the required boxes.
  5. Click "Register".
    You will receive an activation email.
  6. Open it and follow the link to finalise the creation of your account.

To delete your customer account: go to "My customer account" > "Personal information" > "Delete my account".


All your data will be deleted and you will no longer be able to log in. If you wish to use the online services again, you will need to create a new account.

Your request for a Badgéo card was refused because some documents were not compliant.


This may be due to:

  • Incorrect format: invalid ID document, blurry or poor-quality photo, etc.
  • Non-compliant document: proof of address, proof of solidarity fare entitlement, etc. Please submit a new request directly from your CTS customer account, ensuring that all required documents meet the specified requirements.

Any changes you make will apply only to your own account. If the change also concerns another person (partner, child, etc.), it must be made separately in each corresponding online account.
