Yes - the process is even simpler.

If you have not yet done so, create your customer account on the CTS Online Agency. Then click "Apply for a free subscription" in the My online services section and follow the steps.

The subscription will be loaded onto your child’s Badgéo card the day after your request is validated. To activate it, the card must be presented at a validator or bus/tram ticket machine.

This step is essential for the subscription to be loaded onto the Badgéo card.

If you apply after the 15th of the month, the next monthly payment will still be taken. You will then need to request a refund for the overpayment for that month.

During a ticket inspection, the inspector cannot know whether you are eligible for free travel unless you can present a valid subscription. The same applies when boarding a bus. This is why you must complete the application process and hold a valid subscription, even if it is free.

As with all passengers, failure to present or validate your subscription may result in a fine. Travelling without a valid travel document can lead to a penalty fare.

Free travel does not exempt you from following the rules or from adopting the right habits when using the bus/tram network.

If you live outside the 33 municipalities of the Eurométropole de Strasbourg, you must buy a subscription appropriate to your age group, even if you are under 18.

Yes, these services will remain accessible with your free subscription for 4-17 year olds.

Passengers eligible for free travel who currently hold a combined Simplicités TER + CTS subscription or a Fluo Grand Est + CTS combined subscription will need to use two separate passes: a free CTS subscription for travel on the CTS network, loaded onto a personal Badgéo card or onto the CTS App via NFC and a TER or Fluo Grand Est subscription, loaded onto a Simplicités card or a Badgéo Fluo Grand Est card.
