How do I obtain the documents required for my employer to reimburse part of my subscription (transport allowance)?
Provide your employer with your purchase receipts, available via:
- The receipt printed at bus/tram ticket machines.
- The CTS app.
- The online agency, via your CTS customer account > My payments.
- The self-service kiosks at the CTS agency.
Please check with your employer for specific rules regarding the Transport Allowance.
