My child already has a Badgéo card - should they keep it?

Yes - the process is even simpler.

If you have not yet done so, create your customer account on the CTS Online Agency. Then click > Free subscription for ages 4–17 and follow the steps.

The subscription will be loaded onto your child’s Badgéo card the day after your request is validated. To activate it, the card must be presented at a validator or bus/tram ticket machine.

This step is essential for the subscription to be loaded onto the Badgéo card.
