How can I contest a penalty fare?

You have a legal period of three months from the date the penalty was issued to submit a challenge.

Your request must include a legible copy of the penalty notice, the reasons for your challenge and all supporting documents required to assess your case.

You may contest a penalty either via the online form or by post at the following address:
