Extremely high temperatures are directly affecting the proper operation of transport equipment.
Vehicles, as well as certain infrastructure components, are exposed to extreme conditions that may cause technical issues and require more frequent maintenance or depot time.
Impact of the heat on the transport network
To ensure service reliability during these weather conditions, the frequency of some bus and tram lines will be temporarily reduced. This measure helps preserve rolling stock and maintain service continuity.
We are doing everything possible to minimize the impact of these adjustments and encourage passengers to:
- Plan journeys ahead
- Check timetables and real-time information through our information channels (mobile app, stop information displays, website)
- When possible, travel during the cooler parts of the day
Normal service will resume as soon as weather conditions allow.
