  • Your CAF family quotient (QF).
  • Your CROUS student grant level if you are a student.
  • Your EMS single quotient.

🟩 I’m a CAF beneficiary

  • QF ≤ 795 € → You may qualify for a reduced-fare subscription.

🟦 I'm a student

  • Student grant level 1 to 7 → You may qualify for a reduced-fare subscription.

⬜ I’m neither a CAF beneficiary nor a student

  • Not a CAF beneficiary.
  • Not a grant holder or grant holder with level 0 or 0 bis.

You can request an EMS single family quotient via the Eurométropole de Strasbourg website. The mention "CTS value" must appear on your certificate and must be below €795 in order to qualify for solidarity pricing.
