How do I obtain the documents required for my employer to reimburse part of my subscription (transport allowance)?

Provide your employer with your purchase receipts, available via:

  • The receipt printed at bus/tram ticket machines.
  • The CTS app.
  • The online agency, via your CTS customer account (Purchase history).
  • The self-service kiosks at the CTS agency.
